Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of our fresh beef products, we cannot accept returns once an order has shipped. However, we stand behind our quality:

  • If you receive damaged or defective products, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos
  • We'll provide a replacement or refund for any quality issues
  • All beef is flash-frozen and shipped with refrigeration to ensure freshness
  • Claims must be made before the product is consumed
