• All products are perishable and require proper refrigeration
• Product descriptions are as accurate as possible

2. Orders & Payment

• Payment processed through Shopify Payments
• Prices subject to change without notice

3. Shipping & Delivery

• All orders ship on Mondays via refrigerated delivery
• Customer responsible for receiving perishable shipments promptly
• Not responsible to spoilage to do customer unavailability
• Notify delay or spoilage immediately 

4. Returns & Refunds

• Refund available within 48 hours of arrival date.
• Quality guarantee with photo documentation required within 48 hours

5. Liability

• Proper handling and cooking instructions must be followed
• Not liable for foodborne illness due to improper storage/preparation
• USDA certified and processed
